[omniORB] Compiling OmniORB with KCC

I ported omniORB to KCC just a few months ago.
It did require some work, and I have some fixes to still to send to the
omniORB team, but the latest omniORB3 from CVS should basically have the
support for it.  Let me know if something doesn't work for you.

I did the KCC port both on HP-UX and Linux.
