[omniORB] Debug compiling of omni-apps?

Thanks for advice. I even have done only my own source compilation with
that debug flag and it was running very nicely. Indeed I don't want
to compile the whole ORB with debugging :-)
But you are right, it's very handy in comparison to a Windows
debug-cycle.
