[omniORB] omniORB RPMS for Linux

Building the initial spec file was a lot of manual work.
This was all done independently from the omniORB team and
the RPMS (and SRPM) exist as seperate entities. There is no
RPM spec file included with the omniORB source, though the
omniORB team is welcome (and encouraged) to include mine
in their source tree.
