[omniORB] ANNOUNCE: omniORB 3.0.3 and omniORBpy 1.3 released

omniORB 3.0.3 and omniORBpy 1.3 are now available.

Both releases are minor upgrades, consisting mainly of bug fixes.

Python 2.0 users on Windows and Linux will be pleased to know that
there are finally omniORBpy binaries for Python 2.0 as well as 1.5.2.
