[omniORB] corba doesnt want to die

hi i use corab in an active x component
if i use orb->destroy()
it seems to die but from the clinet side i still see the object just the =
service callings are coming back with error.
my question is is there a possibility to check if the corba object is =
still there from the client side or how to kill the reference =
permanently if orb->destroy() desnt makes his job correctly=20
