[omniORB] The struct_var problem !

Hello, everyone!

    The idl file is :
           struct TimeOfDay{
		short hour;
		short minute;
		short second;
 	    };
           interface Time{
		TimeOfDay get_gmt();
	    };

     In my clinet :
                Time_var tm = ...  // Get reference 
 	      	  TimeOfDay_var td = tm->get_gmt();
                ... ... 		
      When I compile it , it gives the error message : conversion from 
'TimeOfDay' to non_scalar type'_CORBA_ConstrType_Fix_var<TimeOfDay>' 
request.
      I think that "TimeOfDay_var td = tm->get_gmt();" is nothing wrong. 
I'm wrong ?
