[omniORB] How do I call ORB_init in Windows

Not sure about the windows environment, but it should
be able to accept any decared variables of the right
type - int arg, char **argv.
In a UNIX environment, until I need to do otherwise
(like pass the -ORBtraceLevel string),
I simply set arg =3D 0 and argv =3D NULL. This works for
me.
