[omniORB] Updated Wiki FAQ page with links

Thanks to one of Christof Meerwald's posts, I've noticed a
way to have links to headings inside a wiki page, i.e. :

Therefore, I've updated the FAQ page to be have each numbered list
item link to its corresponding paragraph.

By the way, I've noticed that the 24th question had no answer:
If I only want the multi-thread part of omniORB, what parts of the =
source do I need?
Do I then need python and gnu-win32 utilities?
