[omniORB] Abort when doing a _narrow in omniORB3

You can try running the program with command line arguments
-ORBtraceLevel 25 -ORBtraceInvocations, and see if that reports
anything useful. Failing that, please try to come up with a minimal
example program which shows the problem and send it to me.
