[omniORB] Weekend CORBA blues #2: user breakpoint on String_v ar destructor

For the archives - Jason reminded me that dynamic binding is
set from ProjectSettings->C++->CodeGeneration->UseRuntimeLibrary.

Actually, turns out the problem was not dynamic vs static,
but release vs debug. If I change the setting from "Multithreaded
DLL" to "Debug Multithreaded DLL" I can use the dynamic libraries
without getting those pesky breakpoints.
