[omniORB] Linuxthreads vs. MIT pthreads ?

These days, glibc and the stock Linux kernels have Linuxthreads
support. Unless you're building a very strange system, you should
automatically have support for that. I'm not sure anyone thinks about
MIT pthreads any more.
