[omniORB] Dr. Watson Error - memory access violation

Hi,

I was running an application omniORB3.0.3 on NT, and I got Dr. Watson error -
memory access violation:

Dr. Watson log :- State Dump for Thread Id 0x241

It is not complaining while running on Solaris. ALso, I took care of memory
handling of each object.

Any ideas?
