[omniORB] omniNames: a GPL question

Hello!

If I run omniNames from my shell's command line, it is o'key as the GPL is concerned. Then, if I simply start the same executable from my proprietary C code with a call to 
system("omniNames.exe") - I do not violate anything, right?
