[omniORB] file needed for VC++ missing in snapshots

Hello,

      In src/lib/omniORB/orbcore there is a file msvcdllstub.cc which is 
needed for the VC++ build on Windows.  However, I believe a copy of this 
file needs to go in src/lib/omniORB/orbcore/ssl as well.  Unless I manually 
copy the file to this directory, the build with SSL support does not work.
