[omniORB] Port range

Hi Richard,

 You could use multiple command line options like
-ORBendPoint giop:tcp:127.0.0.1:1234. That will
select the ports, omniORB listens on, but that
is pretty much, what you need, right?
 The OS selects the emphemral ports used by the
client sides, so you cant really do much about
those.
