[omniORB] omniNames

Hi guys,

 I have been hacking around a bit in omniNames for fun,
and i am a bit puzzled by the way specifying a port for
omniNames is handled.
 Currently omniNames listens on all interfaces on the
specified port, which i think, is a bit much. I have
modified a version of omniNames from the omniORB4
development branch to use -ORBendPoint options instead.
It is not much of a change, but i think, it adds a fair
bit of flexibility to omniNames.
 Any thoughts on this?
