[omniORB] Anyone successfully build on win 2000

Still not much to go on here.  We also use openssl, infact I have just
upgraded our omniORB4 build to OpenSSL 0.9.6e on Windows 2000 this week.  We
don't use autoconf.

OmniORB4 should be looking for omnithread3_rt.lib. Check that you are using
the correct config and that OMNITHREAD_VERSION is being set to 3.0 in
win32.mk.
