FW: [omniORB] Is this a Bug in OmniORB??

It's fine with OmniORB 3.0.4.  The problem only in OmniORB4.0. 

Which platform did you tried?. Which version did you used?   

but I solved the problem with some indirections like
Object::_duplicate(Object::_nil()).  I'm fearing that whether it leads some
side effects / memory leakage in further.

Hi Sahay,

 I must admit, i am quite puzzled by your problems
passing _nil references around, it is working very
nicely for me. Are you sure, there is some other
cause for this? Like mismatching project settings,
or something? That has been known to lead to strange
problems arising at the application/library interface.
It is just a guess;)
