[omniORB] omniORB4 shutdown hangs with wrong ssl cert

Thanks for pointing out the problem. In the next few days I intend to
look into various issues with getting rid of things at shutdown,
including this one and the bidirectional rope problems. Hopefully I'll
have it fixed soon.
