[omniORB] old question about cygwin

I afraid I wrong :(
Above-mentioned bug evinced if you go ahead after interrupt making process or 
after change source and making  without cleaning or redepending source tree...
In your case there is another trouble.
I sure I am sorry about my inattention. :(
