[omniORB] omniORB 4.0.1 soon

Hi,

I intend to release omniORB 4.0.1 and omniORBpy 2.1 soon. If you have
any pending bugs or patches, please post them in the next few days,
otherwise they'll miss the release. If you've posted before, but
didn't hear back, please post again in case I missed it. I know about
the problems with bidir, and Chris Newbold's interesting assertion
failure. Anything else, please remind me.
