[omniORB] CORBA messaging spec

I'm not sure how most open development is managed.  I definitely have the
interest to contribute to omniORB.  I'd be willing to work on it in my
spare time, what little there is ( 3 yr old and 7 month old w/ear
infections... ) .  I would be much more effective at it if given a rough
design spec up front though.  Then I wouldn't spend so much time guessing
what the best (consistent with the rest of the design) way to do things
might be.

Some time soon, I'm going to get around to writing out my thoughts
about development of omniORB 4.1 and beyond, using a more open
development model. Some parts of the messaging spec are certainly
candidates for inclusion in 4.1, although I'm not convinced of the
usefulness of some of the parts of it. The simple answer is that
messaging will be in 4.1 if someone steps up to implement it.
