[omniORB] Compiling omniORB with Digital Mars C++

Hi,

The latest beta of Digital Mars C++ (8.32.14) is now able to compile omniORB
4.0.0. For those who haven't heard of Digital Mars C++ yet, see
http://www.digitalmars.com

A patch for omniORB 4.0.0 is available at
http://svn.cmeerw.net/src/dmc/omniORB-4.0.0-dm.diff

BTW, the patch contains some workarounds for bugs in DMC which will
hopefully be fixed in future versions of DMC (in particular, the changes to
thisClassCompare and dynAnyNil.cc will hopefully not be necessary with
future versions of DMC).
