omniORB 3 onwards uses the extended Naming IDL. 2.x used the original
spec.

This page takes you to the latest revision of the Naming service
specification document, which includes the IDL.

The page also has a link to the naming idl as a text file, but it's
the old version. I can't find a stand-alone version of the current
version, but you can extract it from this file containing all the
standard IDL:
