omniORB has DII and DSI, adhering to CORBA 2.3 in omniORB 3 and CORBA
2.6 in omniORB 4.

omniidl's AST doesn't exactly match the IR's API, but it's doing the
same thing so it's pretty similar. omniifr uses a simple omniidl
back-end to feed the repository (via omniORBpy).
