[omniORB] Small fix for .NET...don't know where to send

I was trying to compile the latest source with .NET and found a small =
compile bug in tcpTransportImpl.cc. The winsock header used to define =
the SOCKET_ADDRESS_LIST structure for use in a call to WSAIoctl, and no =
longer seems to. To fix it I simply added an include of winsock2.h in =
the NTArchitecture section and this worked. If there is a better person =
or place to send this info let me know for future reference.
