[omniORB] Python docstrings from IDL

I've just checked in an extension to the omniORBpy 2 pre-release IDL
compiler that supports generation of Python docstrings from IDL. I
thought I'd mention it here so people can play with it. Full details

I haven't tested it really extensively, so if you break it, let me
