What exactly is the problem?  So far you just seem to have explained
the mechanism omniORB uses to unmarshal a system exception. Nothing
you have mentioned is incorrect behaviour. Try running your code with
command line arguments -ORBtraceLevel 10 -ORBtraceInvocations. That
will print more information about what's going on.
