[omniORB] Not able to create python stubs.Help!!

Normally, the problem is because you don't have the omniORB
bin\x86_win32 directory on your path. Do you?  Have you moved
omniidl.exe from its original location?  If so, you must also move
everything else that was in the directory with it.
