Hi Nishant,

 I think, you should be able to call ORB_init as many times,
as you like according to the specs. You are supposed to get
an ORB_ptr to the same orb, if you give ORB_init the same
ORBid. Getting NULL from ORB_init is very odd. You might
want to experiment with giving ORB_init an ORBid like "omniORB4"
for omniORB4. The proper ORBid should be in the docu for
your version of omniORB.
