[omniORB] help with IR code

I am trying to use Interface Repository and having
difficulties compiling the simplest code:

#include <omniORB4/CORBA.h>

CORBA::Repository_var rep = CORBA::Repository::_narrow(obj);

I get the message that Repository is not declared in namespace CORBA.

I tried just Repository (with no CORBA::).  Then I get the message
that Repository is not declared.  I did "grep" on " module "
in .idl files and do not see any other namespaces that could
make sense.
