[omniORB] Small doubt

Hi Sahay,

 Invoking omniidl like this should work;

E:\OmniORB Lib\bin\x86_win32\omniidl -bcxx -Wbh=.h -Wbs=.cpp
TestManager.idl.

I have been unable to locate the string "Error Preprocessor running"
in the source for omniORB, are you sure, it is the exact error message?
omniidl should be able to say something like;
"OMNIIDL.EXE: Error running preprocessor", otherwise i have no idea,
where that error is comming from.
