The versions should be 1.0. I'm mystified as to why they were using
2.3, and also how the problem with ForwardRequest managed to go
undetected. I'm sure it used to work.

Anyway, it's fixed in CVS, in both the omniORB 3 / omniORBpy 1 and
omniORB 4 / omniORBpy 2 branches.
