It ought to work, but I don't have Win95 to test it with. You might
try using the x86_nt_4.0 platform instead of the win95 platform.

If at all possible, you should compile on NT of some flavour. The
binaries will work on Win95.

If you have to use 95 and the NT platform doesn't work, what are the
errors you get?
