Hi Jorge,

  Why not asign a thread to handle the notification
of any peers? You could also use the CORBA Event/Notification
Service to do the work for you. It might be overkill
though;)
  I am not sure, why your oneway invocations are blocking
for your, perhaps it is due to the TCP/IP recieve
buffer running full. Anyway, it is not a good idea to
assume much of a benefit from using oneways, little
is mandated by the standard.
