[omniORB] Migrating to omni 4.0

Hi Leandro,

  I would not expect significant migration problems moving
from omniORB3 to omniORB4. OmniORB4 does have a much more
complicated configuration file than omniORB3, so some time
might be needed to convert an elaborate omniORB3 config file.
You might also experience interoperability problems with
orbs only supporting GIOP 1.0 or 1.1, but there ought not be
many of those around, and you can always limit omniORB4 to
using GIOP 1.0.
