[omniORB] omniNames and security

Hi Mike,

  One easy way to restrict the access to omniNames
is to modify omniNames to support the use of SSLIOP.
I did that about a year ago without any problems.
Changing the log format of omniNames and expanding the
way omniNames configures the orb is the only interesting
part of it.
  I am glad, someone else is wondering about security
and omniORB:) The bells and whistles solution would be
to go and implement the entire OMG Security Specification
and friends, but .......;)
