[omniORB] omniORB3 to omniORB4

Hi Ram,

  It looks like, you are using the proprietary Sun ORB
INIT bootstrap mechanism, which omniORB3 had support
for turned on by default, but omniORB4 has support for
turned off by default. If you enable bootagent support
in the omniORB4 config file, i would think, it should
work for you. I dont understand, why you are not using
the InitRef mechanism instead. It is easy and follows
the standard.
