[omniORB] Installing and Configuring omniORB 4.0.0 on MacOS X 10.2.2

I forgot to run "make install", I thought I did... So that probably 
explains it.

I will fiddle with this a bit more and update this post. For my own 
education, do you foresee any resulting odd behavior or is it a matter 
of consistency?
