[omniORB] omniINSPOA and bidir connections (omniORB4)

Hi guys,

  I would think, the simplest way to do bidir using an URI
would be to activate the desired object on a child POA
of the omniINSPOA having bidir,persistent and userid policies.
One should be able to reach the object by fx
corbaloc:iiop:host:port/myPOA/myObject.
