[omniORB] omniORB 4.0.0 Windows binary problem

Hi all,

The examples in the omniORB 4.0.0 binary for Windows do not build with
nmake for two reasons. First, some of them require IDL files that are
in the idl directory, but are not referenced from there. Simply copy
them into position to fix that. Second, the dir.mak files all refer to
omnithread2_rt.lib, when they should say omnithread30_rt.lib.

I'll fix these in the distribution soon, but in the mean time they are
easy to fix if you need them.
