Hi Bruno,

  I would certainly use omniNames instead of tnameserv,
since omniNames is a pretty high performance implementation
of the CORBA NameService, which also happens to support
the proprietary INIT mechanism. Tnameserv is inferior to
omniNames in pretty much every way aside from its ability
to interoperate with the pretty slow and buggy SUN orb....:)
