[omniORB] event service in omniORBpy

Dear list,

I would like to be able to send/ receive events from CORBA objects that are
written in python (within the omniORBpy enviroment).
However, If I searched sufficiently, I didn't find any existing (current)
CosEvent service for omniOrbPy. Is this correct or does anyone know help?
Another question is, if there is no such service and I would write my own
custom implementation, is it possible to implement pushing of events to a
consumer in python in some way? Does anyone have a suggestion on how to do that?
