[omniORB] Build problem on Mandrake 9.1

I have python 2.2 and gcc 3.2.2 on my Mandrake 9.1 system.   However, I get
the following when trying to build omniORB-4.0.2

Suggestions welcome.   I haven't been able to figure out where it wants to
find the "python2.2/Python.h" file and that seems to be the "root" cause of
the following errors.
