[omniORB] omniORB 4.0.3 RPM spec misses build dependencies

Hmm. Mandrake seems to package these as

libpython2.2-devel libopenssl0.9.7-devel

and I'm not sure that we want to start exploding the dependency list. We 
are starting to have some distro-specific information in the spec file, 
but haven't done so for this issue. Suggestions or comments?
