[omniORB] omniNames (and maybe GIOPServer in general) Problem on FreeBSD 5

Sorry, I was wrong to say you could put it in the config file.
omniNames adds its own -ORBendPoint argument to the command line if
there isn't already one there, so it always overrides the config
file's endPoint specification. If you give it on the command line, it
should work.
