Actually, looking at the trace you sent, you _are_ doing something
wrong. You haven't told the client to use cp-1250, so it's using the
default of ISO-8859-1. It is therefore quite correct in telling you it
can't convert character 0x9a from ISO-8859-1 to cp-1250.
