[omniORB] Bulding Debug Versions on Windows

Ah. You didn't mention omniORBpy. To make it work, you should build
all of omniORB without the BuildDebugBinary define set, then set it
before you build omniORBpy. That should work, but I haven't tried it
recently. I almost never use debug code on Windows.
