Hello Duncan,
	could you include these few minor changes to omniidl to close files
created by the cxx backend 

src/lib/omniORB4/omniidl_be/cxx/dynskel/__init__.py   - add stream_close()
at the end of run() (line135)   

src/lib/omniORB4/omniidl_be/cxx/header/__init__.py  in run() (line 304 ) -
add 
            defs_stream.close()
            opers_stream.close()
            poa_stream.close() 
 at the end of run() (line 312) add  stream_close()

src/lib/omniORB4/omniidl_be/cxx/impl/__init__.py at the end of in run()
(line 52) - add stream.close()


How are you disposed to having the sources in orbcore starting with an
initial #include "config.h" ?
 
What is the story with build tools for omniORB ? will it be autoconfig for
the foreseeable future ?
