[omniORB] intel compiler

Just FYI

omniORB compiles and runs on a linux system with only one modificaton, that is 
you must define
#  define USE_STREAM_OPEN
#  define OPEN(name,mode,perm) open(name,mode,perm)
in log.cc, other than thay it works fine.  I can't seem to find the list of
defines that the intel compiler uses to self identify or I would send a simple
patch, 

Just thought people might wanna know.

Oh and BTW< the intel compiler works with glibc-2.3.2-27.9 if you add -i_dynamic
to the icc.cfg file.
